Refunds & Returns Policy

At Jesus Shreds, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our policies below to understand how returns, refunds, and exchanges work.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • Items must be in their original condition with tags (if applicable)
  • Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Items NOT eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Items marked “non-returnable”
  • Customized or limited-edition merchandise (if clearly stated)

2. How to Start a Return

To begin the return process, please email:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you want to return
  • Reason for the return

We’ll respond within 1–3 business days with next steps and a return address.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
    Jesus Shreds is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will:

  1. Inspect the item(s)
  2. Notify you via email of approval or rejection
  3. Process your refund within 5–10 business days

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment only.

Refunds may be denied if:

  • Items show signs of wear, washing, damage, or odor
  • Tags are missing
  • Items arrive used or altered
  • The return is initiated after the 30-day window

5. Exchanges

We are not obligated to make exchanges for any reason. However, for your support we consider exchanges on items for:

  • Different sizes
  • Different colors (if available)

To request an exchange, email us the item details and preferred replacement.
Exchanges depend on current inventory availability.


6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your item arrived:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • A photo of the issue
  • Your order number

We will replace the item at no cost to you.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank statement
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)
  3. Contact your bank

8. Sale Items

Sale items may be returned only if specified on the product page.
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.


9. International Orders

If you accept international orders in the future:

  • International returns must follow the same process
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and customs fees
